ImageI'm excited about the game Friday at North Marion.  The Huskies are looking to end a 6-game losing streak to the Polar Bears.  It used to be a tough place to play, but during North Marion's long losing streak, the home-field advantage disappeared.  Expect it to be different tonight, though as the Huskies think this is their year to win this game.

It could be a long night for the East Fairmont Bees tonight.  East plays University at the stadium and it could be "ugly."  The Hawks have one of the best teams in the state and East is coming off a loss at Elkins.

Former Polar Bear quarterback Logan Moore had a successful debut Thursday night at Clarion.  Moore played the entire game as the Falcon defense sparked the comeback win.  Logan isn't used to losing games and FSU has struggled in recent years, so hopefully this will be the beginning of better fortunes for the Falcons.

The WVU game Saturday has a lot of people talking.  It's a game the Mountaineers need to dominate and that's not something they've done a lot recently.  It's amazing how positive people are before the season and how quickly that can change.  Hope that's not the case in Morgantown.
